Exchanges & Cancellations

Our company does not offer REFUNDS, or CANCELLATIONS to avoid safety and health precautions due to federal law. We are pleased to accommodate exchanges ONLY within 3 days on all sales that are not opened, worn, or tampered with under any circumstances or conditions. Exchanges ONLY pertain to defects on hair or if our customer has recieved the wrong package. If a defect with our hair is noticed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 3 days at touchedhairco@gmail.com to correct this matter. If our company agrees upon exchanging the product we will notify you.

The shopper is now responsible for shipping the product back to us, providing our company with a tracking number. The tracking number is REQUIRED to protect both the buyer and Touched Hair Company. If a tracking number is NOT provided with the returned item we are not responsible for ANY lost transactions. Please allow 3-10 business days to process returns. Our company does NOT OFFER REFUNDS, AND OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Shipping Process
